I was once given a leopard print make-up bag as a gift. At first I couldn’t think what I would ever use it for, but I ended up putting my hooks, scissors, and sharpies in. I’ve used it that way for years. Very handy.

I’m late watching as usual, but enjoyed this session yesterday afternoon — so only a few hours late! What energizes me? 1. A good night’s sleep! I just got a new mattress and that has made a BIG difference! 2; Making — whether it’s hooked art, quilts, knitting, spinning or cross-stitch. 3. A walk around the little hamlet in which I live — on the rolling prairie in central Alberta. It’s been the inspiration for my art quilts and now for my hooked art mats. 4. “Happy Mail” — whether a card from a friend or a package of fabric & floss or yarn and soon - my Cheticamp frame!
