Will the heron pattern be available to purchase in a kit or just the pattern ?

What is the triangle piece on your hook? For what purpose? Watching from Arizona

Deanne Fitzpatrick Rug Hooking Studio replied:
Looks like it’s just a little piece of material that got stuck on there, and Deanne was in too deep of a hooking trance to notice!

If you mean the red foam, it is to add cushion so your hand/fingers don’t tire as easy.

Hi everyone today…. I``m still working on Deanne`s pattern ``Santa`s Choice``… Tonight for supper we`re having ``Crispy Herbed Chicken`` which is a recipe from Anne Lindsay`s ``Smart Cooking`` book and I live in Mont Tremblant, Quebec. (Anne Lindsay is Canadian and has 3 more recipe books)… I always enjoy watching your Thursday Live…!!!

Regarding people posting less online; yes, definitely less from we folks in the US on Facebook.

Your work is so beautiful . I am having trouble working with yarn. It splits and doesn’t pull up well. Could it be the needle?

Deanne Fitzpatrick Rug Hooking Studio replied:
If it is splitting that means you aren’t getting all of the yarn on your hook. Open your linen with your hook making the hole larger where the yarn comes up, and leave your thumb on top of your hook so the yarn doesn’t slip off! That should help, we have lots of videos on youtube as well.
