Journal: two done

I think I have a new idea to pursue and it is these rugs. Wild lumpy landscapes. Yes. I think I will keep it up. Not always in the same palette but in this style. There are two more 24 by 24 frames and I will make two more right away.

I really like the yellow in the sky. It feels good. I cannot say yet which I like better. I don’t need to that will take time. In a way every rug is a study. And that’s ok. I say that a lot , remind myself that it is ok. The insecurity is part of making. You cannot be sure when you are making , you have to be unsettled. It is what making is about. It is about pushing on regardless.
