We just had this same conversation in my sculpture class yesterday.! When an artist plans a project and completes it but it doesn’t look the way their mind intended it to come out, they think it stinks but when you put it aside for a while and then look at it without your planned vision foremost in your brain, you can see it for itself and realize it’s quite good on its own merits. Always finish it – you just never know!!
Can we please have your oatcake recipe? :-)

Bare trees as I remember the different seasons with their beautiful colours…many sugar maples with bright oranges and reds in the fall.
