I can’t eat gluten or sugar or dairy so sometimes I make things for me and people go ugh BUT everyone loves this and it’s so easy.
Put chunks of Cortland apples in a bowl pour about the same amount of blueberries on top add about 1-2 tsp cinnamon. Stir. Cover this with crumpled up parchment paper and microwave 5-10 minutes depending on the amount you made. The apples should be soft but not mushy. Serve warm or cold or with ice cream. This recipe came from my MIL. I never had blueberries with cinnamon before this recipe but it’s a really good combination. Frozen blueberries work well also.

Deanne, do you ever sign your work? How do you document your creations other than photos? I feel your pieces are truly works of art, so that they should be recognized as your original work. Thanks…as an artist, I sign my work now, so that I may leave my legacy behind when I am passed on.

So happy to be seeing you all the middle of September. Passport finally came and I’m so excited to be standing in your world of beauty and creativity! Blessings to you all, you change lives and bring joy through this amazing art.

Coffee cake has no coffee in it. It is to be eaten, generally, with a cup of coffee, like tea cakes with tea.
Love your new sign. I also like the wrought iron on your hanging, smaller sign..
Great show today. Glad I made it.
