Hi Deanne, I was in the shop today and quickly gabbed for a minute or two, twice with you. That was fun but I didn't say what I wanted to say to you either time. 
I wanted to tell you there are not too many of you out in our world. I want to thank you for taking the time to instruct, listen and inspire people all in the first few minutes that you meet them. You are a special kind of person who wants to help people get connected to their "happy place".  I appreciate that.

I wanted to send thank you to Darla! I spoke with her yesterday about my purchase and wondered if it would get here in time for my trip, so I could hook on vacation.   She went above and beyond to make sure I would get my order before this coming Wednesday.  Ordered it yesterday and it arrived this morning on my doorstep.I really appreciate the dedication she had and the time she invested to make this happen. Darla, thank you for the best customer experience I've ever had. Very happy customer. Amanda 
Hello Deanne and your team, I live in England and follow you on Thursday live etc. When I see your amazing store (there is nothing like it in the UK), it makes me want to shop until I drop!!!  I dream of one day being able to visit and do just that.  Keep doing what you're doing, I'll be watching from afar, hooking away, designing like a mad woman.
