Each year I try to take time to set intentions for the coming year. I have never been one for resolutions...though I have to say in 1985 I made a resolution to quit smoking and I have never had a puff since so they can work, lol. Instead I like to choose a word, and define it for myself and carry it into the New Year.

This New Years eve afternoon I would like you to make your favourite hot drink and join me online for a free class where I take you through a process of setting some intentions for your upcoming year.

Together we will explore the idea of choosing a word to guide us along as we move into the winter and into the intoxicating beauty of a brand new year.

We will also explore the idea of hooking your word and I will show you how I hook words and give you tips for designing and hooking your word for the year.
