Thursday Live, Episode 239: Namaste and hook all day

A chat about sleep – eg. how to get back to sleep after having to get up to pee in the night would be good for a live. I have probably only slept all night once in the last year. I read to try to get back to sleep. It’s the bane of my life.

I floss and brush my teeth soonish after supper and I hate re-brushing so I don’t eat after supper.
