Chair yoga!! What a great idea!! I am 81 and tend to not get enough exercise until gardening season so I need to learn more about chair yoga. Thanks! Love the live and look forward to it every week.

Am doing an experiment with pieces of black/ gray/ tweed and coat weight wool cloth from the bottom of my stash. I laid newspaper, wool, and then pine needle/straw mulch out under my cedar hedge . My stash is taking up too much room in my box room, I’m never going to use it all , there are no hookers near me to give it to, and, if I admit it, I like hooking with yarn as I watch Deanne .If I get rid of some cloth I won’t feel guilty about using more yarn.

A chat about sleep – eg. how to get back to sleep after having to get up to pee in the night would be good for a live. I have probably only slept all night once in the last year. I read to try to get back to sleep. It’s the bane of my life.
