I know I need down time when I start to get what I call wobbly.I have fragile health and when I start to get wobbly in body and mind ,I know it is time to hunker down for a few days, rest, and hook.I also tend to read more because it is soothing, too.I choose lighter reads during this period.I try to approach these times as not coddling myself but accepting my physical limitations. At first I resented having to tone down the volume of my life, now I know if I don’t,it will take longer to regain my strength.Rughoking and reading are my lifesavers in getting through this period.

I can tell when I need a time out when I feel frustrated or short with people or dogs! For dinner, it’s leftover meals from all my weight watcher recipes I’ve been trying: Chicken sausages, peppers, onions, and potatoes sheet pan recipe and a spaghetti squash cheesy dish!

It looks like you’re using two strands of the yarn for the sea. This was another great session! I’ve always wanted to be Canadian!
