What's better? Linen or Burlap for your hooked rugs?

Hi I just bought the Chetcamp frame, but forgot to ask what weight/grade of burlap or linen would you suggest for backing? I looked at this blog, but the video is unavailable. Thank you- Shawn

Shawn, you can use any weight. I use a primitive linen or burlap. Always use heavy duty upholstery thread when you sew it on.
