Thursday Live, Episode 318: A Funny Story

Ha ha Deanne, your story made me laugh and cringe simultaneously!
I did not find my story funny at the time it happened. I always told my kids a gift was more special if it was wrapped, not just thrown in a gift bag. The year my son was around 7 or so, famlly arrived for Christmas. At gift opening time, my son noticed that all of my sister-in-laws gifts for us were in gift bags. My son announced: "my mom said it is lazy to put gifts in gift bags instead of wrapping them. My already rosy faced turend a few shades darker!

Hi Cathy – The triple knots are yarns of various weights and textures, three skeins in total.
