We finally got some rain here in the desert so we have 2" for the year so far. Yay! I’ve heard that folks like salt on watermelon too. I like to sprinkle Tajin on pineapple, watermelon and cantaloupe. It is dried chile, salt, lemon and lime. It is yummy on corn on the cob too. Thank you for another Thursday Live.
