For pie or crisp I like Macintosh apples with very little sugar. Apricot and raspberry pies are very special.
I couldn’t find anything on t.v. to watch but I see the fireplace is back on so I had a very calming few minutes with it .It would be good for hooking by.

An apple pie bake off sounds like it will be in our future!

I make a green tomato pie with apple pie spice and it tastes just like an apple pie.

I have heard that one should use three different varieties of apples in each pie.
