Journal: Welcome to White

A few months ago I sold my think rug. It was all creams and greys. I loved it. 

For the past months I have been working with intense colour. Right now my studio is full of rugs. I have been busy and prolific. It is colourful . Beautiful. I love it. But now I need cream and grey and beige. 

I want to hang a rug on my studio wall that is soft in tone, right above my desk where my think rug was. 

I will start today. Hooking a rug for a room of your own. It is very satisfying to think about. Let’s see how it feels to do it.

I have been enjoying my rugs more. They are in my home, in the key places where once I hung the art work of others. It is lovely to be able to fill your own space with your own imagination. You can do that too! Isn’t it great?
