Hi girls! It’s much easier to use metric measures.

Self care- 3 times a week, I’m in the gym doing strength and Conditioning. I am NOT a gym girl, I don’t Look like I go to the gym, but it makes such a difference in my mental health.

A little late but I was out on my back deck hooking before the get together,. Got 15 minutes in so far but will be back at it after this.
