Mission Statement

To inspire and nurture the creative potential of individuals and communities through resources, education, and opportunities for creative expression and foster communities where beauty, art, creativity, and self expression are embraced as essential components of a fulfilling life.

1. Education: Emphasize the educational aspect, offering workshops, classes, and resources to help people develop their artistic skills.
2. Community: Focus on building a supportive community where art and creativity are celebrated and valued.
3. Fulfillment: Stress the importance of art and creativity in contributing to a fulfilling and enriched life.

Programs and Initiatives we are interested in supporting

• Workshops and Classes: Help community groups offer classes in various forms of art and craft. 

Art in the Community: Assist organizations as they create avenues for artists to display their work and share in the community.

• Mentorship Programs: Provide support to community organizations to provide emerging artists with experienced mentors to guide and support their artistic development.

• Community Projects: Assist in the Organization of community art projects that engage people of all ages in creative endeavours and that promote the value of creativity in daily life.

How to Donate:

By cheque written to “CIBC Woody Gundy” with “Create Beauty Everyday Foundation” in the “Re” line. The donor must include their address for tax receipt. Mail to Deanne Fitzpatrick Studio, 33 Church Street, Amherst, Nova Scotia B4H 3A7
