Well, first of all, you see us, Deanne, and that is important and valuable. I personally see so much more in-depth as I age. My need to be seen has decreased as I age. I like more and more the role of observer, and value one on one meanigful conversations. I feel seen by my son, as I see him, we let each other see, there is trust which is a big deal for me. I hold back being seen until I trust that the other person feels it worthwhile to invest, if that makes sense. I feel that open people dont have as much an issue with being seen, this got a little long winded, but it is as you said not a yes or no question! See you next week!

My first rug was Poppies on the Edge of Town. Thanks for the kit and for starting me on my rug journey. I’m 71 years old and have, at times, felt invisible until yesterday. I was in a meeting yesterday and the person presenting the program kept looking my way. I’ve become so comfortable being invisible that I felt strange to be noticed. Sometimes I feel that being invisible allows me to watch others without being seen.
