Hi,love the August kit .one day could Greg or someone explain what exactly is overdyed wool,studio dyed wool,terms like worsted,etc.I am a newbie to dyeing and am curious about the different yarns and wool cloth,and things like what makes a wool have sheen?Thank you for considering.

Hi Deb, overdyed wool is wool that comes already dyed then we add a second colour on it. Studio dyed wool is wool that we dye here in store. Worsted would be a weight of wool, important when knitting or crocheting. Different types of wool create different looks, Merino wool often has a sheen to it as it is very soft.
