Dear sweet Deanne. You look so tired. Take a little rest if you can and do reruns! I was telling my daughter today to stand up nice and tall against a wall, and I got a largish tennis ball for her to put behind her back, especially at the neck as she has the beginnings of a dowager’s hump from bending over work. She rolled it back and forth on her spine, and stood up super tall. She said she feels 99% better and the pain is gone. I reminded her to do it at least once or twice a day. Maybe it will help you.

Creative intuitive hooking is a wonderful experience for me and is very helpful. I love your stories, your spirit, your wisdom about life and hooking it.
Thanks so much.

I love your rug. She is so joyful. I’ve never heard the expression, “bite the biscuit.” I’ve only heard, “bite the bullet.”

Bent hook is great if you are working on recovering from a broken wrist *-)
